    Dr. Saunders does not take the time to get to know and understand her patients. She is un-sympathetic and dismissive.

    The main receptionist Jane is incredibly rude. She is disorganized and is condescending and has been mistaken about appointment times the few times she remembers to make the reminder call, then proceed to talk down for being late and I get charged a missed appointment fee. If she reminds of the incorrect time and you try to correct and confirm the true time, she becomes rude about it. Dr. Saunders doesn't provide any solutions to issues and doesn't seem to listen or take patient seriously. She refuses to provide notes for work due to obvious stress-related issues being caused at work and says to have better coping mechanisms when being physically assaulted at work and she does not cooperate with investigation into assault when asked by authorities and approved by patient. Her refusal to understand the situation and instead blame patient for workplace assault making situation far worse. This doctor is dangerous and abusive to patient. She simply does not listen and does not care as puts patient at risk.
