We all forget things as we age, but that doesn’t mean we have dementia. Dementia isn’t just one condition - it’s a term that refers to symptoms that cause a decline in mental ability that interferes with daily life. Alzheimer's is the most common type of dementia and accounts for 60 to 80 percent of cases. Vascular dementia is the second most common dementia type and occurs after a stroke. Memory loss that worsens over time can be another type of dementia.  Pour plus d'informations et les services locaux des psychiatres locaux à Montréal et à Québec PQ, contactez votre psychiatre local

This doctor was rated as 2.5 on rate my MD and if you click on negative comments they disappear. My son has been suicidal; has asked to be referred to a three month program because he has comorid alcoholism and anxiety issues and was simply poohoo'd off. We are the parents taking our son into emergency with slashed wrists. the parents that see him go repeatedly through withdrawal agony to try to stay clean without help. Other family members have been treated for anxiety issues, but his isn't taken seriously. His biological father abandoned him at age two, smashed his crib, took off with him and had police chase them down, but no according to Dr. Iro he just is an addict wanting to drink though he has gone through outpatient programs religiously twice. Iro interviewed him for 5 minutes and dismissed him like he was nothing. He is in a long term relationship, has a loving stepdad, a mother, siblings, and though owns a car never drove it drunk, never stolen. He is tortured and is getting zero help. This Dr. is dangerous with his despicable arrogance.
