  He's a locum filling in for my family doctor who just left on maternity leave. Dr. Gallinaro seemed annoyed with me in thirty seconds of my first visit with him, and didn't want to listen to me. He didn't let me say all I wanted to say. He interupted me and said he doesn't need to know anything as my family doctor has all my notes on my file. He looked up a specialist report and read only the last sentence of the summary report, not caring what my specialist mentioned in the report. I left two important forms for him to fill out, which he said he'll do on his own later. He rushed me to leave and to book a follow up for half an hour later on when we find out what's happening. The day after I saw him, the secretary called me to book an appointment to see him again because Dr. Gallinaro didn't have enough information from me on the day of my visit. That too, I couldn't get in to see him until one week later. So first impression: not good, not caring, not patient. I have no choice but to see him. For all other situations with me or my kids we don't bother with the clinic, and just go straight to the urgent care. So much more convenient. We can't wait another year until our family doctor comes back. We miss her. She cared and listened and gave advice.
