    Dr Pek does not listen. She has her own agenda. I told her point blank that I healed an issue I had seeked treatment from her for and her response was to not respond. When I asked if she heard me she asked how I did it, and again no response. No..Yay! thats awesome! No...oh wow Im glad you feel better...nothing! I have to contact the office and bug her assistant for information in regards to treatment plan when I don't hear back from Dr Pek about upcoming appointments. Her assistant is amazing, I feel bad for her because Dr Subramanian was such a compassionate doctor and she was very thorough. I feel like her assistant is doing Dr Peks job.

    Horrible, negligent doctor. “Doctor” being a term that can only be used lightly with this joke of a practitioner. I’ll be seeing you in court.

    This Dr. Refused to keep myself and husband on the roster as we were former patients of Dr.Subramanian. I find out today that she had no right to deny us services of a GP such as refilling our routine meds despite having moved to Toronto temporarily. So we were dumped during the pandemic. Never sent a list of doctors that were accepting patients either as she stated. Unfortunately, with a shortage of GP’s, doctors here think they can do pretty as they please and they do. There is zero accountability in Canadian healthcare. Time to bring in private care like Australia where people have the freedom to chose a private Doctor or Govt care. Accountability would definitely be present in private care. Unacceptable behaviour.

    Every time I left that office I felt misunderstood. This Dr. Has no compassion, will not listen and she feels as a patient your opinion does not matter. Avoid this doctor who lacks compassion and does not care to hear what you want to say. She should stick to teaching. Awful experience.

    Disgusting. This doctor actually told me, (without meeting me as we couldn't schedule an appointment, and when we did, she cancelled) I had cancer over the phone, yes, you heard me. Then she told me to get a pen and write the diagnosis down and call next week for an appointment with her so she could answer my questions. I cannot tell you how appalled I am. And I miss Dr. Subramanian so much..... She would NEVER have done something like that.
