Dr. Adrienne Cascioli Bio

Dr. Adrienne Cascioli was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario where she developed an interest in athletics, health and fitness at a young age. She was introduced to rehabilitation and chiropractic care after sustaining a knee injury during her avid soccer playing days. This led to her passion for human anatomy, physiology and exercise science. She went on to obtain her Honours Bachelors of Science Degree in Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2016. She volunteered as a sideline trainer with some of the top elite varsity athletes at McMaster University, a program to help with the prevention and rehabilitation of the athletes and their injuries. Dr. Cascioli pursued her passion for manual therapy and became a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2020 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Cascioli gained a great deal of experience assisting patients with varying needs including seniors, students, children and athletes through her internship at the Bronte Harbour Chiropractic Clinic in Oakville, Ontario. Dr. Cascioli focuses on creating patient-specific and patient-centred treatment plans where she uses a combination of soft tissue therapy, manual chiropractic manipulation and mobilizations, rehabilitation, and acupuncture to help alleviate pain, restore function and improve quality of life. She believes evidence-based care is essential to help her patients achieve optimal health, wellness, function, and well-being. Additionally, Dr. Cascioli has completed continuing education in Neurofunctional Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Her passion for chiropractic and women’s health guided her towards becoming a GROWCO Ambassador and she joined the mission to raise the standard of care for new moms. Dr. Cascioli leads GROWCO post natal rehabilitation sessions for new moms to heal their bodies after having babies. She believes that Moms deserve to feel empowered and strong in their bodies so that they can thrive in their role, not just survive. Dr. Cascioli also has additional training in pediatric assessment, care, and treatment. She is certified in Pediatric Intraoral Palate Specific Technique which assists with infant temporomandibular joint dysfunction, tongue-tie, lip-tie, as well as oral motor and sensory challenges.
