Her educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University, followed by a Master's of Physical Therapy degree from Western University. During her time at McMaster, Stephanie gained valuable experience as a student therapist, working with varsity cross country, lacrosse, and soccer teams to rehabilitate athletes and assist them in returning to their sports. This hands-on experience sparked her passion for physiotherapy, and she has since worked in orthopedic clinics, helping individuals of all ages recover from injuries. Having been involved in competitive soccer while growing up, Stephanie personally experienced the benefits of physiotherapy during her recovery from various injuries.
