John is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunctions. He graduated from Pinderfields College of Physiotherapy in England in 1987 and began his career working in the National Health Service in Norwich, England until 1990. Subsequently, he moved to Toronto and held a Senior Physiotherapy position at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre until 2008. In 1997, John established his own practice, which has now grown to include two locations. Throughout his career, he has developed a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and dysfunctions, focusing on their diagnosis and rehabilitation. He has pursued advanced post-graduate studies in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, deepening his expertise in this area. Additionally, John has explored various approaches to assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal injuries and pain, including McKenzie, Mulligan, Butler, and McGill methods, among others. Over the last decade, John has further expanded his skills and interests by working extensively with athletes, particularly runners. This experience has allowed him to apply his extensive knowledge and evidence-based treatment approaches to optimize performance and promote efficient and effective rehabilitation for athletes.
