Please understand this is in no way directed at Holly herself, just her Lakeshore store. I have been going there since my move and it has been a horrible time from the start. I gave them a fair chance to improve because we all have bad days; however not in this case. ALL pharmacy staff continues to be very rude, entitled, short, unapproachable, and always seem inconvenienced. I have permanently changed pharmacies.

I used to work for holly and she was honestly the work employer I have ever had. She was rude and blatant and “cut “ my hours right before I got to three months so I couldn’t be full time. She never gave me a chance to learn she just cut me loose as soon as I made a small mistake. Worst place to work ever. If you like Kelowna small town gossip this is the place for you.
