  Dr. Sy is a shameful and incompetent doctor, as he always wanted to talk in an easy way so that he can make easy money, and meanwhile peeking on patients to see if they are pretending (faking) to be sick. He secretly treats patient as a thief. He would not like patient talking about his suffering from illness. As this way would make his life uneasy. He is also incompetent and negligent, and he does not have a qualified academic background (e.g., university degree) from North America, his educational background only came from south-east Asia. He frequently made wrong diagnosis, as he is incompetent, but if patient discovered his wrong diagnosis, he would become shamefully angry, and even attempted to retaliate patient. In addition, he is such a irresponsible doctor without shoulder, if you want him write something for you, he would normally write something ambiguously in order to protect himself first, but not for the patient, as such, it has made his patients often lose their battle.

  Dr. William Sy is incompetent and negligent. This kind of doctor only prescribes medications and often over prescribed. He is only interested in talking about fun things that make his life easier to make money. He doesn't want to get to know more about patient's suffering from illness, refused to get his professional advancement. However if you got light stress, such as from work, etc., have a chat with him is fine, but if you got any type of mental illness, need a psychiatrist's treatment and counseling, then please don't go to such a horrible doctor. He is such an Irresponsible doctor. His doctor's license should be suspended.
