Clinic is managed very poorly. On two visits there was no communication from the front desk or technical staff. Tests completed and then left on your own to determine next steps. I left in frustration after second visit and three months later receive a telephone call as to why I missed my 3rd appointment. A waste of our MSP dollars!

What a loser. If you want a 50/50 chance you may come out with better eyesight, he's your guy. You should get somebody else if you want a professional who knows what he's doing. and your vision is actually corrected. Schendel messed mine up and it is still not corrected a year later. My right eye may never be the same. Surgery pre and post was a joke and they cut into my eyeball without any sedative or freezing. That was disgusting.

After 2 days of tests, I was told to rebook in a year. No diagnosis was given except by the receptionist on my way out (handout contained information on angle closure glaucoma) I was surprised when I read it, and upset that the doctor didn't take the time to discuss the diagnosis with me, or even give it, what the long term effects might be, or what future treatment might include. Why not worry about it for another year? I am extremely uncomfortable that these questions I have won't be answered, and now I need to try to get a second opinion so I can have 5 minutes speaking with a doctor

Seems that the doctor and staff rush through everything. My father comes from a great distance and they rush him through and don't give proper answers to his questions. @ hour drive each way for less than 5 minutes of time.
