Dr. Saman Imtiaz was drawn to the Chiropractic profession as a consequence of its holistic nature and its focus on targeting the origin of a patient’s problem rather than simply managing symptoms. Dr Imtiaz was inspired by the Chiropractic profession’s non-invasive approach along with the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with her patients. Dr Imtiaz graduated from University of Waterloo in 2014 with an Honors Bachelor’s of Science (B.Sc.) degree achieving the Dean’s Honors List. She went on to obtain her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree in 2019, from D’Youville College in Buffalo NY. In addition, Dr. Imtiaz is also a graduate of the McMaster University Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. Following graduation and completion of her board exams, Dr. Imtiaz accepted a position at a Chiropractic Clinic in Edmonton, Alberta, where she was introduced to the unique and state-of-the-art SIGMA Computer-assisted Chiropractic treatment technology. We were pleased to welcome Dr. Imtiaz to our practice as an associate as of August 16, 2021. Dr. Imtiaz has a particular interest in treating geriatric, pediatric and female patients and is continuously working to improve her skill set with ongoing continuing education and study.
