One could of bought a medical degree in 1973 for $300 Pesos in Argentina.or Peru or Colombia, Bolivia, Brazil.     Once again Dr Zielinsky has lied in court denying Catastrophic illness. Was unable to identify a Class 4 impairment yet again. M.R. v. Gore Mutual Insurance Company, 2010 ONFSCDRS 151 (CanLII) Dr. Zielinksy concluded that there was no objective evidence of a psychiatric impairment caused by the accident Because the Applicant sustained class 4 impairment (marked impairment) due to mental or behavioural disorder as a result of this accident, the Applicant did sustain a catastrophic impairment within the meaning of clause 2(1.2)(g) of the Schedule. This is a quote from another review of this self claimed Doctor. You aren't a doctor . He works for the Toronto Police Services and 25 insurance companies moanies as paid witness.
