It would have helped me immensely to make a calculated decision if I had been told what the procedure was going to be & what the side effects post surgery would be. Non of this was was given to me by Dvorak or by anyone else!

Dvorak never explained options or the fact that I would be unable to bend at my waist post surgery!

I was never told what my options were or the possible side effects of the procedure for lumbar spinal fusion. Dvorak'S attitude post surgery has been one of arrogance & dismissal regarding my current condition which is much worse than pre surgery!
