Dr. Kayla Mayberry grew up in Quispamsis, New Brunswick. After graduating from Kennebecasis Valley High School, Dr. Mayberry moved to Sackville, New Brunswick and attended Mount Allison University. While there, she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biology. Dr. Mayberry then made the move to Toronto, where she began her chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During her time there, she was involved in various student activities such as peer tutoring and volunteering at the APTUS clinic working with adults with special needs. She also completed her final clinical rotation at the well sought after St. Michael’s Hospital. She has taken additional courses in athletic taping, Thompson Technique, Emergency First Responder, and Contemporary Medical Acupuncture at McMaster University. After graduation, Dr. Mayberry was given an opportunity to travel to Tanzania with Global Peace Network. There, she was able to use her chiropractic skills to help men, women, and children in rural Tanzania for 3 months. Dr. Mayberry is happy to be back in New Brunswick to begin her career as a chiropractor working with The Town Chiropractor. In her spare time, Dr. Mayberry enjoys traveling, hiking, running, playing golf, practicing yoga, cooking, baking, and spending time with her dog Charlie.
