I have had a c-pap for 6 months, changed to a b-pap for one month and currently using it, Seven months of therapy all during Covid! My sleep test was in March /2020 right before the lock down. I do not feel confident that this therapy is for me at this time. I have another telephone appointment with Dr. Racz coming up in a week or so.........I am questioning the validity of all this?? One important note....I am a anglophone in a 75 o/o Francophone area of Ontario. At the Complete cpap care, the staff were bilingual, very cordial and answered the questions I had at the time, which were few because this was all very new to me, maybe I was a little overwhelmed. No problem there at the clinic ( for want of a better word) but for the total of seven months that I have been loaned the equipment and have at 4 telephone visits with Dr. Racz, she has somehow not noticed that all the info on my c-pap machine was in French and when I exchanged it for the b-pap machine, #01577 it is also in French. Maybe the answer is she is fluent in both French & English &/or other languages, or the info is translated for her because she seems to have lots of my data at her finger tips when she is talking to me. Rhyming off numbers etc. and directly avoiding answering questions, by asking me another question or, I noticed once, she changed the subject completely. I the patient, am questioning the validity of this process!! Retired RN
