    I'm very happy with the doctor, me and my two children have been patients of hers for years, the receptionist is less than friendly and always makes me uncomfortable with her rude demeanor. It's very hard to get through on the phone for anything. I understand she is busy but it shouldn't be that hard to receive help or have a simple question answered.

    During this crazy Covid Pandemic, this Doctor and her staff were very pleasant and very helpful, i was very anxious and scared with everything happening, and after an appointment with this office i felt very much at ease and well educated, they are very helpful, and they went above and beyond for me, Thank you.

    Waiting a month for an appointment when you're a high risk patient is simply negligent. To be told on the phone to go to emergency at the hospital or a walk in clinic during COVID speaks to this clinic's disregard for patient care and the province's circumstances surrounding COVID. Also to make someone drive to the city for a requisition form during COVID when these types of things can be emailed of faxed is again archaic.
