Dr. Courtenay was first introduced to the Chiropractic profession at age 15 when she began working as a receptionist at a wellness centre. Witnessing the difference that Chiropractic care made in the lives of patients inspired her to become a Chiropractor. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Simon Fraser University followed by a second degree in Human Biology, and her Doctorate with honours at University of Western States. Using an evidence-informed approach, Dr. Courtenay will provide an individualized plan of care that is specific to your goals. Her methods include various adjusting techniques, soft tissue therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and lifestyle recommendations. She is an advocate of multi-disciplinary care and welcomes patients of all ages. When she’s not in the office you can find Dr. Courtenay playing softball, swimming, hiking, camping, or spending time with family and friends.
