Dr. Nelson would be best described as condescending, hostile and verbally abusive. He is highly dismissive, quick to make inaccurate assumptions and becomes highly aggravated when his assumptions are proven wrong. Instead of acknowledging he was incorrect, he instead chooses to double down and gaslight, berate and slander his patient to other staff.

I have my knee surgery coming up. His office staff are as rude as can be, and very unhelpful. They wanted me to book a pre-op exam but gave me no resources to do so, told me it wasn't their rules, but didn't give me any guidance on what to do. I called 30+ walk in clinics and the hospitals and I cant find anyone. So now my surgery might be cancelled. Not like I really have other option to choose a better surgeon as he is suppose to be a good surgeon, but his staff are the worst.
