Firstly i will commend the clinic for their COVID response. Literally the only building/business that i know of that actually improved infection control, social distance controls effectively. However, neither the physician shortage or COVID are excuses to ignore the Hippocratic oath. And to abruptly ignore the feedback patients are providing about their physical condition and the prescribed course of treatment he has chosen. In sort, i warned this dr of a serious previous medication side effect i had experienced during treatment by another dr. I asked him to consider this in his prescribed course of treatment. In short, he did not. I developed horrible physical symptoms that I could not even get other help with during COVID and was therefore condemned to live with. When i indicated to him (over and over during an 8 month period) that i thought the meds were causing the further deterioration in my condition, he would get irritated, raise his voice and sternly dismiss me. Sending me home with an even larger prescription. He finally did make referrals. None of them ever called. And when i went back into see him it was clear that no one at the clinic was following up with referrals. The first ive been waiting since April to get a phone call to book an apt. The second i waited 9 weeks for a phone call before deciding to go back in and see Singh as he was the only dr i had access to. Tired of living in constant physical pain, weight loss (i am 5'-3" ad now weigh 97 lbs) and being confined to my house/bed i become completely desperate for him to listen to me. i did the research myself online. The medical journals/abstracts i was able to access confirmed that he had prescribed one of the worst offenders for the side effects i was experiencing and had forewarned about nearly a year earlier. In all my previous visits i was a crying, desperate mess. Literally begging him to help me because i couldn't go on living this way. Once i knew he had caused the worsening of my condition i became angry. I went to the clinic somewhat empowered and decided he was going to listen this time. When he saw I was angry and began to confront him about his lack of attention to my condition and what i was telling him, he said i needed a new dr and told me to go to emerg. He refused to fill out my insurance disability forms. Now it is all actually a relief. There is a small hope now i may meet a better dr. Knowing ur dr absolutely is not going to do anything to help you is a terrible feeling to live with. in April i saw another female dr at his clinic for a pap. She spent less than a half hour in the room with me and could tell how badly i was suffering. She offered me a hug, which i accepted and broke down weeping in her arms thanking her... Afterwards, i wasn't sure what i was thanking her for in that moment. But i know now.it was her empathy. I saw Dr A Singh twice that month in the same physical and emotional state and received none. He actually forgot that he had already upped my offending prescription to the max dose. i had to tell him that when he said he was going to up it again. I would not wish my current physical condition on my worst enemy. If i had a pet living like this I would have had them put down long ago. And i literally have this Dr to thank for piling that on top of me during the stress of COVID and living alone with a health condition during this difficult period. Unfortunately, in reading these other reviews i have had occasion to experience all of the things ppl criticize about this dr. I cannot say that i ever met the man treating these other patients.

I always feel like the doctor is in a hurry and you are keeping him from something more important.
