Dr. Amanda R Johnson Bio

Dr. Amanda completed her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology & minor in Psychology from the University of North Dakota. While attending school, she developed a passion for the human body and discovering ways to help people achieve their health & wellness goals despite their limitations. This passion motivated her to pursue a doctorate degree in chiropractic care from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She has studied extensively in family based chiropractic practices where she fell in love with infant & maternal care. Currently, Dr. Amanda holds certifications in the Webster Technique for expecting mothers, Graston Technique® for soft tissue care, and a personal training certification from the National Council of Strength & Fitness. She loves educating and treating her patients on the variety of ailments that affect the spine, extremities, & surrounding soft tissues. Dr. Amanda may be new to the Thunder Bay area but, she is excited and committed to helping growing families in the community feel better, move better & live better through her full-body, innovative approach to chiropractic care.
