    Unfortunately, she doesn't listen to concerns and talks over people without giving them any chance to put in a word. She could hear me get frustrated by tone and I said because I felt I wasn't being listened to and she thought the best course of action was to go on for 5 minutes about things that don't pertain to me, (she went on about losing a license more than just this one time despite my telling her I don’t have one more than one time) rather than talk about what the issue was and how I was feeling. I looked up reviews and saw that I'm not the only patient with this issue. I would suggest to anyone to find another doctor if they also feel she is talking down to them and ignoring their concerns to go off on rants about things but avoiding actually talking about what you are requesting such as a simple asking for a prescription for a sleep apnea mask that covers your mouth and nose. I’m sure she is knowledgeable but the way she called back ranting about my hanging up (due to frustration of being talked over and ignored) to my roommate, who was working, was far from professional. She was ranting to her about how disrespectful I was by hanging up because she refused to actually listen and talk rather than to talk down to. Even my roommate who was trying to soothe the situation left that phone call concerned that this person was actually a doctor. She may feel disrespected but it was clear that she had zero respect for this patient or their roommate. Hopefully I can find a doctor with knowledge and who knows how to talk to patients without ranting, talking down to, and actually listens to concerns.

    Seems almost disinterested. No monitoring when it is called for. Difficult to contact or make an appointment.
