Dr. Alexandra Robertson Bio

Dr. Robertson completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Calgary. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, graduating as Valedictorian with Summa Cum Laude and earning the Presidential Scholar award. During her time at Palmer, following her passion for movement and sports, she was part of the Sports Council committee that served many different athletes in the community. Dr. Robertson is certified in Active Release Technique, Instrument assisted soft tissue technique, Rocktape, Shockwave therapy, as well as the Webster technique. Dr. Robertson’s treatment model focuses on proper movement, pain reduction, and manual therapy treatments that are tailored to each individual. She is here to work with you in achieving your personal health goals and to help you reach your optimal quality of life. Dr. Robertson believes that properly educating her patients on their injuries plays a role in fully understanding why an injury has occurred, and ways to treat and prevent further injuries. She enjoys helping patients become active participants in their health and fitness journey. Dr. Robertson grew up in the Millarville/Okotoks area and is excited to be a part of this community! Outside of practice, Dr. Robertson enjoys spending time hiking in the mountains, weight lifting, running, golfing, and hanging out with her family.
