Damian has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Kinesiologist for 2 years since graduating from Simon Fraser University with his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology concentrating on Active Health and Rehabilitation. During his time at SFU he spent 2 years gaining practical experience at Fortius Sport and Health, with various SFU Sports Teams and at Twist Performance and Wellness. He has experience working with athletes of many sport backgrounds and of all age groups.

Some career highlights for Damian include working with NBA and NHL players during off-season training, watching his athletes winning provincial competitions, and being surrounded by high-level practitioners throughout his time as a student and currently as a young practitioner.
