Cora Edgington Bio
Cora is a 4th year student at Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. She followed an unconventional path to becoming a Naturopathic physician. After graduating from SFU with a degree in business, and then working in technology marketing for a decade, she realized that she wanted to dedicate her time to helping others and in a field that is more aligned with her core beliefs and values. In her practice, Cora draws on her strengths of being a problem solver often distilling complex problems into root causes with clear communication and attention to detail. She leverages these skills during the diagnosis process when helping patients with chronic complex illnesses, cancer care, menopause/perimenopause, mental health, men’s health, and overall health optimization.
Having had years of experience in working with data, she excels at finding patterns in your blood work, labs, physical examination findings, and linking the symptoms you’re experiencing to ultimately create an individualized treatment plan. On top of Cora’s analytical skills, she draws on her personal journey to health when creating a safe and compassionate space for patients to understand where she can best support them.
In your appointments with her, you can expect a collaborative approach in reaching your short- and long-term health goals that are results oriented. All patients will be seen under the supervision of Dr. Catherine Multari and Dr. Jessalyn Shamass.
