We offer a number of Calgary yoga classes at our studio:

Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga: This class is ideal if you're new to Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga. A slow class that focuses on breath and movement, Students will do sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, and some inversions so they gain the confidence to move safely onto higher evel classes.

Vinyasa Yoga:
This class includes postures from different yogic traditions. Each of the experienced Yoga Mandala teachers bring their individual philosophy and style to these classes. The Vinyasa classes are suited for all levels of yoga practitioner, and they are desginated as Mild, Medium or Spicy.

Mild: Mild yoga classes are perfect for newer students or for experienced students who want to slow down and strengthen their foundations of their yoga practice.

Medium: Medium yoga classes are also for students of all levels. However, prior experience at another yoga studio or completion of six of our Intro or Mild classes is recommended. If you're a newer practitioner to yoga, expect to be challenged, but modifications will be demonstrated so everyone in the room is safe and can have fun.

Spicy: Spicy classes are for yoga students looking to deepen their practice and explore more challenging postures and sequences. The spicy yoga classes are recommended for experienced students.

Vinyasa for Lunch: It's a great way to get out of the office! This one hour Vinyasa Yoga class is suitable for students of all levels.
