On initiation, we encourage you to relax and enjoy the environment of Vital Steps. As you join others in the excitement of becoming a "Stepper," our staff initiates your registration with our state-of-the-art automated program(s), reviews your needs and requirements and proceeds to develop in concert with you your customized fitness program which will get you on your way to better health.

You will receive upon registration, your Vital Steps fitness identification card and you will be registered in the VitalScale program, this added value program will help in monitoring your progress.
