The Bicycle Shop started in a little nook under the stairs in the bay of the Service Garage, the summer of '69 in Brantford. Terry was just in high school with an interest in cycling, but without a place to purchase and service the types of bicycles he was interested in locally. Seeing that there was a need to fill, Terry decided to purchase his first 10 bicycles and see how things went. He sold them all the first week, he was hooked. The rest they say is history...  Over the past 50 years, The Bicycle Shop has grown-up alongside the cycling industry. From sales grew our service department, and as the cycling industry expanded so did we. We strive to provide the best quality service, expertise, and product offerings to our customers in a warm and inviting environment. We continue to be a family owned and operated, as we roll into our 52nd year. In the world of online sales and self-serve shopping, we take pride in offering a level of service not found elsewhere.
