At Mobilize Physical Therapy, we combine hands-on treatment, exercise re-training, and patient education to help you return to or exceed your prior level of function. You will receive customized at-home exercise prescriptions to continue the healing process between visits. We focus on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring your quality of life. If you have chronic knee, back, or shoulder pain, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, other sports-related injuries, a concussion, post-surgery, or trauma, you can turn to the licensed Physical Therapists at Mobilize Physical Therapy for a personalized rehabilitation experience. At Mobilize Physical Therapy, we schedule all of our appointments for 1 hour with licensed Physical Therapists. Our goal is to keep patients scheduled with their primary Physical Therapist provider during your course of care. At Mobilize Physical Therapy, we use a variety of treatment techniques including functional exercise programs, hands-on manual therapy, augmented soft tissue mobilization (including ASTYM® and Graston Technique®), running analyses, post-concussion rehabilitation, and pre-and post-surgical rehabilitation to restore patients’ quality of life. We also offer BikeFit® custom bike fittings to reduce stress and strain during long rides. Our Therapists are trained in the ConnectTherapy™ treatment model, and have taken coursework through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and the Institute of Physical Art (IPA).
