Enhancing core stability is the underlying philosophy of the 100 year old Pilates Exercise Method. Expand your Pilates workouts with the Reformer and additional Pilates equipment. A Certified Pilates Professional will develop a personalized program after assessing your level of strength and experience and will revise your program as you move to the next levels of fitness and development.
You can work privately or in group classes with a maximum of 3 people, always coached by one of our professionals. Working with the Pilates Reformer and equipment and a Certified Pilates Professional, will give you stronger, toned abdominals: longer, toned muscles, improved coordination and increased flexibility.
This equipment and the exercises performed on it are unique to Pilates and the workouts help to rehabilitate injuries, improve posture and increase movement potential. The exercises are performed in reclining, sitting, kneeling and standing positions. They are low impact and use either gravitational or spring resistance.
Modifications to exercises, exercise choices and piece of equipment chosen allow for a range of difficulty ranging from beginning to advanced.
