HealthChoicesFirst announces the appointment of Colin Holyk to the Medical Board

January 30, 2010 (VANCOUVER) HealthChoicesFirst.com is pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Holyk to the Medical Board. Colin is a pharmacist who grew up in the pharmacy business. Colin's family currently owns Kerrisdale Pharmacy and Hollyburn Pharmacy in West Vancouver. In addition to his regular pharmacist duties at both locations, Colin is actively involved in the pharmaceutical care of nursing home residents in Vancouver, is a certified compression stocking fitter and a prescription compounding specialist.
Colin will be working with Dr. Alan Low, another HealthChoicesFirst partner, to build a comprehensive disease and sports injury product section to assist patients with all their rehabilitation needs. Dr. Low is a registered pharmacist who also completed an accredited hospital pharmacy residency. He has a wide range of experience in various sectors, including direct patient care in hospitals and clinics, research, academics, and health care consulting.
