For people with medial elbow pain in baseball, there are stretches and strengthening exercises that can be done to help prevent and also treat this condition.

Some stretches include elongating this inside of the forearm by pushing your hand down in this manner, and there are some strengthening exercises that can be done by flexing of the wrist to contract the muscle here and protect the elbow.
