I call this my perfect posture isometric motion, and it's really designed to give you perfect posture. We simply lie on our back, put a Swiss ball between our legs, and we get a Swiss ball up into our hands, and the key is that we get our stomach muscles contracting nicely, we get our chest up into a nice high position.
We get our legs high and our feet square. We get into a position, we simply hold it and what I mean by holding is that we contract all of our muscles. We contract our hamstrings, our groin, our quads, our stomach.
We simply imprint that muscle position into our body, and we keep that into a nice steady postiion. If you want to work a little bit of triceps you can just simply go up and down from this position.
What you really want to be thinking about is just holding all those muscles in a nice isometric fashion, meaning contract to 10, 15, 20 percent.
