Golfer's elbow in squash is a generic term for pain felt on the medial aspect of the elbow, involving the forearm flexor, tendons and muscles.
Often what you'll find is they'll be pinpoint, tender and sore right on the medial epicondyle and the forearm flexor muscles running down the side of the arm, and it may very stiff and tight.
Also, if we get rid of some of the tension on the muscles, it helps to decrease the pull onto the tendon attachment. Using a small ball and doing some massage work on it will help to decrease the tension on those muscles and decrease the pull onto the tendon attachment.
They can help you and give you stretching and strengthening golfer's elbow exercises to help you overcome this common problem.
If you have questions about golfer's elbow exercises and treatment or other squash injuries, see your local physician or physiotherapist.
