The length of the seat in relation to the leg is also important, especially in an automatic car.

In an automatic car, the right leg is in an extended position for long periods of time, which is really hard on your low back. Sit at a comfortable length from the pedal, tighten your stomach, sit up nice and high, and get really square in the seat.

Because that extended right leg for long periods of time can cause a lot of trouble in our lower lumbar.
