Duration: 47 seconds

The people that should be considering a pump is anybody with diabetes who is currently injecting insulin.

It may mean someone who's looking to optimize their diabetes management while maintaining quality of life or improving their quality of life, someone who cannot detect their low blood sugars, or someone who wants more flexibility in their lifestyle and the freedom to be able to do the things that they want to do.

For people who are interested in this form of therapy the best way to go about it is to contact their diabetes clinical care team and have a discussion as to what they may benefit from with this form of therapy.
