This test is part of a CHA.

It is a test done by a kinesiologist where the kinesiologist evaluates muscular strength, flexibility, endurance, fat content of the body and tries to calculate a VO2 max, which is an exercise term to evaluate the role of fitness. They also evaluate body density as they can by measuring skin folds by caliper.

You should do a fitness test as part of your comprehensive health assessment when you are a male over forty or a female over forty to fifty or at any time that you wish to evaluate what your cardiovascular and strength fitness is.
