Common Symptoms of Testis Cancer
Duration: 42 seconds

In general the best way to detect a testis cancer is to feel it. So if you're, you know, you don't have any problems, you don't notice anything but you just check the testicle, maybe once a month, just feel it between your fingers.

And then if you notice a change over time, if you notice a new lump come up, then you go to your family doctor. They will examine as well, make sure it's actually in the testicle, there's also the epididemis next to the testicle, which is less concerning for cancer.

And if there's any concern at all, your doctor will send you for an ultrasound. And the ultrasound is a very good test, a painless test, that will tell you if there's a tumor there or not.
