Dr. Enrique Domingo brings to Broadway AT Yew an abundance of clinical education and experience He began practice in 1996 in North Vancouver and continues to practice at Canopy Integrated Health in Lynn Valley. Dr. Domingo is working Mondays and Wednesdays from 930-530. He is a past director for the College of Chiropractors of BC, past Chair and member of the Quality Assurance Committee for the College of Chiropractors of BC, a past member of the Ethics and Discipline Committee for the College of Chiropractors of BC, and is a clinical examiner for the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board. He graduated from UBC with a degree in Microbiology, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Western States Chiropractic College (University of Western States) in Portland, Oregon with honors. Apart from helping patients improve their lives by addressing their neuromusculoskeletal health concerns, Dr. Domingo enjoys his involvement as a coach and volunteer with the Dunbar & Kerrisdale Little Leagues, Vancouver United FC (formerly the Dunbar Soccer Association) and Vancouver Thunderbird Minor Hockey, being a Vancouver west side resident with active children. He is an avid golfer, past competitive soccer player, and general all-round athlete. Having participated in multiple sports, as well having experienced various sports injuries himself, Dr. Domingo has a special interest and perspective in dealing with athletes and treating sports-related injuries. He has learned that prevention, early intervention, regular maintenance, proper preparation and training are of utmost importance in avoiding injury, accelerating recovery and increasing longevity in both sports and everyday activities. He has firsthand experience with custom-made orthotics and is able to evaluate, prescribe and provide these and other orthopedic devices to his patients, and has solid relationships with multiple pedorthic laboratories. When not at work, play or volunteering his time, he spends it with his family, and friends. He especially enjoys traveling, and having adventures with his wife, Rachel, who is a Registered Massage Therapist, and his children, Olivia, Nicholas, Kingston & Mackenzie.
