Dr. Moses specializes in cataract, corneal disorders and transplants, and laser vision correction. He’s an expert in surgical treatments for complex cataracts, laser-assisted cataract surgery, all-laser LASIK and laser vision correction, as well as treatments for keratoconus and corneal diseases, such as endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK, DMEK) and corneal-collagen crosslinking.
Dr. Moses received his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York Stony Brook School of Medicine, where he graduated in the top tier of his class and received a national award for research. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Maryland and Shock Trauma Center, where he served as a board member for the State Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. Dr. Moses completed advanced fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery and served as a clinical instructor at the University of Texas Southwestern.
Dr. Moses was named a “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly and was the first surgeon in NJ to perform the implantable miniature telescope. He also created the first corneal transplant program in underserved rural Philippines.

Dr. Moses is a board-certified ophthalmologist, national speaker, published author and member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society for Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Cornea Society and the International Society of Refractive Surgeons. He is also an attending physician at St. Barnabas Medical Center and Hackensack University Medical Center/School of Medicine.
