During the consultation we will review and discuss your health history, physical activity levels and set some fitness and lifestyle goals. We then develop a plan of action with you to achieve your goals and assist you along your fitness journey! Using the information gathered during the consultation, your Trainer can then design an effective fitness program specifically for you. The consultation typically takes 30-45 minutes and is done in our private in-home fitness studio located at 2230 Albert Avenue.
Personal Training
Begin with a complimentary consulting, then meet for personalized training sessions with a knowledgeable trainer who will design effective programs to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re new to exercise, a competitive athlete or somewhere in between, discover what exercises are right for you and experience a positive change in your body, your health and your attitude towards fitness!
Personal Training takes place in our private in-home fitness facility (2230 Albert Ave) and/or outdoors at a near-by park. Packages are available for you to meet on a regular basis with a Trainer, or programs can be developed to accomodate your own home gym or the equipment you have available at the gym you attend. Webcam Personal Training is also an option for anyone outside of Saskatoon! We can develop personalized programs using the equipment you have available in your home or office. We can demonstrate and are able to coach you through your entire workout via webcam!

Fitness Assessments
Fitness assessments may be used to assess your initial fitness level prior to designing your fitness or athletic program. This will help determine your current strengths as well as areas in need of improvement so your Trainer can develop programs accordingly. Following up with an assessment every 3-6 months will help track improvement and modifications can continue to be made to your programs for continued development of optimal fitness levels.
Fitness assessments can be personalized to suit your needs and can include any of the following: height, weight, body composition, aerobic testing, strength testing, muscular endurance, leg power and flexibility. You will receive a copy of your results with comparisons to any previous assessments.
Semi- Private Training (max 4 group members)
Meet with others who are working towards similar fitness goals in a motivating and encouraging setting. With a max of 4 group members, you’ll be sure to get the personalized attention you require from your Personal Trainer.
Your trainer will motivate and guide you through each step of your journey towards a healthier you! Gather up a few friends or let us place you in an appropriate group with others. Semi- Private groups meet 1-4 days per week ongoing at our private in-home fitness facility (2230 Albert Ave) and outdoors during the summer.
