Meditation Class
Our hectic lives lead us to anger, stress, anxiety and we forget what our natural world looks like. We have stopped taking the time to notice our natural surroundings and to just live in it, be IN THE MOMENT. Through the class some basic restorative yoga is used to help calm the body and release tension. As well a number of different meditation techniques are explored, with the idea that one style will fit with each and every individual. Do not worry, you will not have to sit perfectly still for 1 hour, you will start out slow, maybe only for 5 minutes and try to increase it with each class. There is no right or wrong way to meditate, so don't judge yourself or think you are doing it wrong, because the fact that you are even considering meditation is a step along the path to creating permanent happiness and bliss in each and every moment.

Restorative Yoga
Come find some peace and flexibility in a practice that is as challenging to the mind as it is to the body. With poses designed to release the deep connective tissues of our bodies, and the opportunity to take a break from the rush of summer demands, this class is perfect for the beginner or advanced yogi who is looking to start or deepen their physical and mental practice.
