We do not want our insurance policy to be a barrier to your families’ dental care. Our office is non-assignment, which means that the patient must pay up front for all dental expenses. We will do the paperwork and submit to the patient’s insurance company so that the patient is reimbursed directly. The reimbursement is usually sent to the patient within the week or sometimes the very next day. Speak to the business assistant upon booking regarding your insurance policy and payment details. Due to the privacy policy, we are unable to contact insurance companies for our patients regarding insurance details. It is the patient’s responsibility to advise us with the details of the insurance policy and to determine if there has been any changes at any time to the insurance policy so we can help maximize the dental benefits.
