Lifetime Service

With the purchase of a new bicycle from Ridley's Cycle, you receive our "Lifetime Service Warranty," which covers specific adjustments to your bike from the date of purchase. Every new bicycle from Ridley's has been professionally assembled and tuned. It is normal for a new bike to have a "break in" period after approximately 20-30 hours of riding. It is critical to the longevity of your bicycle that you do not ride when pivots, bearings and brakes come out of adjustment. It is very important that you phone and schedule your bike for a "Service Check".

Service Check: Our mechanics will check and adjust;

  • Shifting System
  • Brake Systems
  • Bearings
  • Tire Pressure
  • Lubrication of drivetrain & all moving parts
  • Fitting adjustments (seat height, stem length, etc.)
  • 12 month pivot and hydraulic brake adjustment
