Pilates training is based on the safe, effective layering of knowledge and ability, starting with the foundational principles in introductory level programs and building from there. OPH currently offers Introductory through Advanced Instructor-led groups in Mat, Reformer and Combinations (mat plus props and/or equipment) You are welcome to join a regularly scheduled group or coordinate your own through the Studio Director.
