At Guelph Doula Monique, as your Birth Doula, will provide physical, emotional and informational support to couples prenatally, during labor, birth and the immediate postpartum period.   She will offer to you 2 prenatal visits where you will discuss birth plans, answer questions and practise various birth positions.  She will be available by phone and email when needed.  Once you are at 38 weeks your doula will be on call 24/7.  Your doula will be in attendance during labour, birth and imediate postpartum.  Monique will visit your home with two postpartum visits for breastfeeding instruction, and help with your newborn.
