Early on, we quickly learned two truths. The first was that combining education of movement and the body with a team-based approach consistently elevated our clients’ recovery and performance, leading to some amazingly awesome outcomes. The second was that meeting our clients exactly where they were in their journey or struggle allowed for treatment and training to be a human experience: raw, real, transformative. Roads?
