Ashtanga Light
A gentle flow of postures from the Ashtanga Primary Series. The practise will maintain the sequence of the Primary Series with the more challenging/advanced postures removed. For All Students.
Detox Flow
A choregraphed set of postures designed to stimulate the vital organs and encourage the release of accumulated toxins. These creative and challenging sequences utilize three techniques for internal toxin release; abdominal compression, decompression and twists. The practice will include sun saluations, detox standing sequences, inverted poses and breathing exercises.

Foundations of Ashtanga yoga philosophy, breathing and basic postures. For Beginners.

Fundamentals of yoga philosophy, breathing and basic postures. For Beginners.
Karma Kids®
Karma Kids yoga is designed to help your child discover a strong sense of peace, calmness and confidence through the simple joy of yoga. It focuses on activities and exercises that engage the brain, body, mind and spirit in a playful and seamless fashion. For Kids 4 to 8 years of age.
Family Yoga
A fun filled class designed for parent and child ages 5 to 13. Individual postures will be explored along with a number of partner poses designed to create greater understanding and trust with one another. Note this class is designed for one child per parent.
Kripalu
In Sanskrit Kripalu means compassion. This style of yoga begins with warm up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for the yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen and balance the body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation.
Morning Wake Up
A vigorous hatha flow sequenced to music. Postures are weaved together in a high energy flow designed to get the body moving into the new day.
Power Pulse
A vinyasa flow sequenced to music. Postures are weaved together in a high energy flow to invigorate and awaken the body.
Power Yoga
A more vigorous form of Vinyasa Flow, designed for Intermediate and/or Advanced students.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga offers a safe, simple and natural method of preparing for childbirth. These classes combine breathing and relaxation techniques with stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises. For all levels.
Restorative Yoga
Our restorative yoga class will guide you into a dynamic form of relaxation by supporting the body with props while both stimulating and relaxing the body toward a state of balance. The practice will also create physiological and mental responses which are beneficial to reducing the effects of stress during times when we feel fatigued, weak and even overwhelmed and also have the potential of helping us heal more easily from illness or injury. Open to all student levels.
Vinyasa Ashtanga
For students who have had at least a year of regular practise preferably with the Ashtanga sequences. The full primary sequence will be the intention while periodically introducing postures from the second series in their traditional sequence. For Intermediate and Advanced levels.
Vinyasa Flow
This class is designed to build heat, energy, strength, and balance while maintaining the integrity of moving with the breath. Ideally students will feel energized, stretched, and grounded while having fun. We want to learn to practise so we enjoy it. For All Students.
Yoga for Athletes
A class designed to help athletes balance their bodies and develop more flexibility in areas that are typically tighter while developing strength in other areas that may be neglected from a particular sport.
Yoga Fusion
For students that want to to focus on core strength this class combines the abdominal work of Pilates with a series of strengthening yoga postures.
Yoga Jam
A Hatha inspired set of postures with the spirit of improvisation. Use of walls, blocks, straps and other surprises are all weaved together to provide a challenging and fun yoga practice.
