CML has been providing laboratory testing services in Ontario since the Company was founded in 1971. On November 29th, 2001, CML added medical imaging to its portfolio of healthcare services through the acquisition of DC DiagnostiCare.

DC DiagnostiCare is Canada's largest single provider of non-hospital based imaging services with 146 clinics in five Canadian provinces.
