While working with the Doulas of Beginnings & Beyond in Toronto Ontario you will have two prenatal visits to discuss birth plans and to answer any questions.  Your doulas will be available by phone or e-mail.  In the last 2 weeks of your pregnancy your doula will be on call 24 hours a day.  During labour your doula will be there for both emotional and physical support.  As your Doula she will be there during postpartum times to help with supporting breastfeeding and meal preperations.  She will also assist with newborn care and assitance.
