Traditional Thai Massage

This ancient form of bodywork dates back nearly 2500 years. The massage is performed on a mat on the floor and the client remains fully clothed. The passive stretches, rotation of the joints and focus on breath have many similarities to yoga. Traditional Thai massage increases flexibility, releases tension and helps balance the energy flow of the organs, tissues and cells of the body.

Onsite Chair Massage

At your office or ours the client is seated in a specially designed chair and is fully clothed. Sessions normally last 10 - 30 minutes. The treatment focuses on reducing pain and tension in specific chronically stressed and strained areas. This flexible and versatile massage can improve employee morale and reduce work related injury. Consider having chair massage on a staff appreciation day, birthday, at a convention or as a wellness program for your organization.
